Chief Kim D. Chapman

Chief Chapman began his law enforcement career in 1973 as an auxiliary police officer for the Florham Park Police Department. He was later hired as a full time officer and served as a patrol officer, detective, patrol sergeant, patrol lieutenant, and detective lieutenant prior to being appointed as chief of police on 1/1/06. Chief Chapman is a lifelong resident of Florham Park. He attended Florham Park Schools and is a graduate of Hanover Park High School and County College of Morris. Chief Chapman has coached Florham Park Football, Basketball and Baseball, as well as Holy Family CYO Basketball. Chief Chapman still resides in Florham Park with his wife Patty and their son Matt.

Deputy Chief Patrick Montuore

Deputy Chief Montuore began his law enforcement career in 1989 with the Florham Park Police Department. He attended the 34 th Basic Police Class at the Morris County Police Academy and was assigned to the patrol division as a uniformed officer. In 1992, he was assigned to the Community Policing Division and served as a DARE Officer and bicycle patrol officer. In 1999, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant, and in 2004, he was promoted to Lieutenant. In February of 2006, he was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police. Throughout his years in police work, Deputy Chief Montuore has received several awards and commendations. He is a graduate of the West Point Leadership and Command School. He is also the founder and CEO of the Police Unity Tour, an international organization which raises funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. Deputy Chief Montuore resides in Florham park with his wife and three children.
