
Chief Patrick Montuore began his law enforcement career in 1989 with the Florham Park Police Department. He attended the 34th Basic Police Class at the Morris County Police Academy and was assigned to the Patrol Division as a uniformed officer.
1992, he was assigned to the Community Policing Division and served as a DARE Officer and a Bicycle Patrol Officer.
In 1999, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in Community Policing. In 2004, he was promoted to Lieutenant. In February of 2006, he was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police. In 2008, he was promoted to the rank of Chief of Police.
Throughout his years in police work, Chief Montuore has received several awards and commendations. He is a graduated of the West Point Leadership and Command Law Enforcement School. He is also the founder and CEO of the Police Unity Tour, an international organization which raises funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
Chief Montuore has dedicated over 20 years to the awareness of law enforcement line of duty deaths. In addition to being the CEO of the Police Unity Tour, he also sits on the Board of directors for the National Law Enforcement Memorial.
Chief Montuore also is an elected official on the Florham Park Board of education where he has served for over 12 years.

Captain Yannuzzi began his career in law enforcement in 1988 with the Essex County Department of Corrections.
In 1989, he was hired by Florham Park as a patrolman and attended the Morris County Police Academy 34th Basic class.
In 2004 Captain Yannuzzi was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Traffic Unit at which time he received advanced training in accident reconstruction and traffic engineering from both the University of North Florida and Rutgers University he also served as a team leader on the Morris County Vehicle Homicide Unit. In 2006 Captain Yannuzzi was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in the Support Services Division and Internal Affairs Unit until 2007 when he was assigned to the Uniform Division where he played a pivotal role in the start up of the Field Training Division and the Motorcycle units. Captain Yannuzzi also served the department as the CPR / First Aid instructor, RADAR / LASER instructor, OEM Coordinator, Motorcycle Unit and Accident Investigation Instructor until his most recent promotion in 2008 as the Operations Captain.

Captain Robert Treiber joined the Florham Park Police Department in 1993 and attended the 41st Basic Police Class at the Morris County Police and Fire Academy.
After completing the academy Captain Treiber was assigned to the Patrol Division. In 1995 he was assigned for one (1) year to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force where he worked in an undercover capacity. In 1999 Captain Treiber was assigned to the Division of Investigation, in 2003 he was promoted to the rank of Detective / Sergeant and in 2004 he was promoted to Lieutenant in Charge of the Division of Investigation. In 2008 Captain Treiber was promoted to the rank of Captain where he currently is in command of the Support Services Division responsible for the Detective Bureau, Community Policing Bureau, Professional Standards Bureau, Records Bureau and the Firearms Training Unit. Additionally, Captain Treiber is the commander of the tactical Emergency Response Team (ERT) as well as Deputy Coordinator of the Florham Park Office of Emergency Management. Captain Treiber holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from New Jersey City University, a Master of Administrative Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a Certified Public Manager (CPM) in the State of New Jersey. Captain Treiber is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Saint Elizabeth in the Justice Studies Department.

Detective Lieutenant Mark Garcia currently heads the Florham Park Police Department's Detective Bureau. He also serves as a member of the department's Internal Affairs unit.

Lieutenant Michael Voitcu joined the department in 1995 after graduating from the Morris County Police Academy. He received advanced training from Northwestern University and the University Of North Florida Institute Of Police Technology and Management certifying him as an Accident Reconstructionist. Lieutenant Voitcu served on the Morris County Rapid Deployment Team. In 2006 he was assigned to the department's Traffic Unit. Lieutenant Voitcu played an instrumental role with the start up of the department's first motorcycle unit that he currently heads. Lieutenant Voitcu is the recipient of one lifesaving award and one valor award.

Lieutenant Matthew Gatzke began his law enforcement career with the Florham Park Police Department in 1995. He is currently the Patrol Division Lieutenant and plays a vital role in developing departmental training as well. Lieutenant Gatzke is a certified Emergency Medical Technician and the Assistant Commander of the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Prior to joining the department, Lieutenant Gatzke served in the United States Marine Corps for several years.
